What is the typical lead time for furniture orders?
Most of our in-stock furniture pieces ship within 2-3 weeks. For custom or made-to-order items, please allow 8-12 weeks for production and delivery.
Do you offer white-glove delivery services?
Yes, white-glove delivery is available for large furniture items. This service includes room-of-choice placement, light assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We accept returns on most decor items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and a restocking fee may apply to larger items.
Can I request fabric swatches before purchasing a sofa?
Absolutely. We offer complimentary fabric swatches for our entire upholstery collection to help you choose the perfect texture and color for your space.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, McGee ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations in the near future.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also log into your McGee account to view real-time updates on your delivery.
