At McGee, we want you to love every piece in your home, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most furniture and decor items in their original condition. Please note that certain oversized items and custom upholstery may be subject to a restocking fee.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
